Oh my, I’ll be honest, I really enjoyed the previous book of hers but this one ain’t hitting for me PERSONALLY! Idk it doesn’t have that natural yearning vibe, it feels like forced, repetitive, annoying, will I continue reading … yes

I don’t think my hand has left my face once. I’m in shock with each chapter but like in a good way hahahahaha

Omg these men are funny. Following Nyssa into the trail, very cheeky, although I like the commitment to her. However, I’m kind of getting nervous for Aros, it’s a feeling I have. He has this cheekiness about him, kind of a love triangle vibe, he flirts with Nyssa but obviously they won’t end up together. So I’m nervous he’s going to die now. Since that kind of was Caelus fate.

We got Charon POV! Damn my honest opinion messing with fate always dooms you to the fate you are trying to avoid. It sets you on that path… we shall see what goes down.
The darkness and trouble coming is all a mystery so far

Honestly fuck it, for the plot, why not Caelus 😂
What could possible go wrong?
I mean they said he was going to die in the rites like wtf so I guess we get more of him now. Wonder how Nyssa will feel when she finds out their fates are intertwined.

TBBC, P4: Do you think Nike killed Zeus? … bro lets be real … who actually thinks this is true? I’ll be more surprised if Nike actually DID do it. I’m fully convinced Hera is behind it. We shall see.
This part of the story does feel like it’s going to be a filler chapter but I guess we do technically need know who killed Zeus but who cares about that guy right 😂

Nyssa kisses Aros and instantly is like meh. Ugh I hate that. Like at least enjoy it… but maybe she would’ve if it wasn’t her “first kiss” yano

Honestly I haven’t really felt a certain type of way about him like negatively because I feel like we don’t know much about him so far. I wish his chapters were longer and more of them tbh. He hasn’t done anything really to make me feel strong hate or omg I’m obsessed yano

Erm yes, fuck you Zeus (going off the bias that Zeus is always a dickhead in Greek mythology hahaha) I can’t wait to find out more lore into Persephone! I’m so gutted she died because I’ve read stories of her and Hades love.

(Hardly enemies tho) I also would’ve preferred more of a triangle between Dain, Violet and Xaden. They kind of built up D&V relationship to like shut it down asap. Idk all just my opinion

Just had to quickly put an update on something that was odd to read … Mira and Violet are talking about a book Violet used to read with her dad about stories of Wyvern & Venin… yet Violet blanks and says she can’t remember… but earlier in the book she was talking fondly on it and was looking for information on fables in the scribe place but they had none. It seems odd she’s just forgot everything about them
