Just had to quickly put an update on something that was odd to read … Mira and Violet are talking about a book Violet used to read with her dad about stories of Wyvern & Venin… yet Violet blanks and says she can’t remember… but earlier in the book she was talking fondly on it and was looking for information on fables in the scribe place but they had none. It seems odd she’s just forgot everything about them

I know the trope between Violet & Xaden is enemies to lovers. It doesn’t really feel like they were enemies from MY POV!

Also I’m saying this now but why do I think Xaden can read Violets mind. How is she not clocking on that he is replying perfectly to things she is not saying aloud!!!

Quick extra thought… maybe something more will happen in the next pages I read but I did expect more of a reaction from the mum like she literally gave V nothing after forcing her on this path

Dain you are ever so dull. Honestly I don’t really trust you like at all, something feels off about you. You are also quite annoying … but I also get it, if you are intentions are pure, you do just want to protect V but like share so reassurance at least I guess
