ohhhh i'm getting to the point in the plot where i NEED to keep reading but i also promised myself to fix my sleep schedule and i have work tomorrow 🫠🫠🫠

i know what i'm in for with meatbun and the angst but so far i've been giggling and kicking my feet at mo ran

it took me a minute to get used to the writing style but once i did ohhh this got good

this book's got me giggling at the laundromat oh it's definitely in the running for fave book of the year

i honestly spent the entire first 20 pages of this blushing giggling kicking my feet with how much i liked it, so that's a great sign for the next 200 pages. also, this is bringing back memories of when i was really into hockey in college 😂

i'm definitely not going to read this in one sitting like i did with book 1 because ansley irritates me to no end. and also the magical-powers-as-metaphor-for-queerness/neurodivergency is hitting a bit too much, especially with a mystery all about conversion therapy

i can already tell this will be a 5 star read for me; it gives me the same feeling that listening to blue and grey by bts gives me, it's melancholy and a little bittersweet

and also. this is supernatural if it was also old man yaoi it's perfect

there was an italicized /oh/ moment and i don't think i have ever smiled giggled kicked my feet more. is it a cliched line? yes. is it a cliched line i will live and die for? also yes.

i didn't expect to like this as much as i do, it's fast-paced and an easy read
