Waited two years to read this, and I feel like I remember that I really enjoyed the first book! But what on earth was this? I feel like I’m missing paragraphs between every line of text. As someone else wrote, it reads like a bad wattpad story. So one-dimensional and straight up boring (and all the over explaining in parentheses?). Kinda mad that I paid for this…

The fact that the main character curses, jokes around, takes nothing seriously, and generally acts like a little boy kinda ruins the fantasy. The story in itself is quite refreshing though, hopefully it grows on me…
