It took an hour to read two chapters out loud. That's awful 😭

This book is pissing me and my partner off so badly. The entitlement Blair has towards Declan and his life is insane

The only way I can get through this book is to read it out loud to my partner while we laugh at it and try to figure out what's even being said. It will take me all three weekends of this library loan to get through.

It is time.

Starting off your introduction completely shit talking Laura Ingalls Wilder and The Little House on the Prairie series is certainly... a choice. I don't think I'm going to be the right audience for this book.

I see why people write books with teenage or young adult protagonists for magic stuff, it's stressful reading about a mom of three whose husband is over seas finding out she's a witch the vampires want dead at like 40 something. Idk how she's gonna pull this off

Mr. John Knightley, the man who married Emma's sister, Isabella (I kept confusing them)

On chapter 6 and it is getting messsyyyyy, but it's so entertaining. I'm really enjoying this so far though, very fun to read while my partner cooks her meals for the week!

K. really ends up in the middle of everything bad doesn't he? Halfway through and I have no hopes for this man even having a chance at winning against whatever it is he's accused of
