Implemented TACKY, but not the other passes in assembly generation.

The other day, I revised my lexer to take in a few more symbols (namely ~ and -) in preparation for adding unary operators. Well, now, I finished updating my parser, and the AST structure has been updated to include these. Next up, I'll be diving into TACKY as an intermediate to represent Assembly. Super excited!
