Implemented TACKY, but not the other passes in assembly generation.

The other day, I revised my lexer to take in a few more symbols (namely ~ and -) in preparation for adding unary operators. Well, now, I finished updating my parser, and the AST structure has been updated to include these. Next up, I'll be diving into TACKY as an intermediate to represent Assembly. Super excited!

Just started reading today. I love it already. I began work on my compiler and have finished my implementation of the simple lexer. Next up, the parser!
