This is actually pretty well written and also interesting. Plus I don't really hate any of the main characters. Hahaha, will this feeling last, who knows.

For real, the smutty parts of these books are so bad and such a letdown. Not that badly written sex is unusual in books like this, but this is both boring and unimaginative as opposed to too much and badly written.

Arion is basically the only reason that I'm reading this book right now, he's so pathetic and also funny.

22 pages in and I'm already irritated.

Of course I'm starting to get irritated with all of the manhandling these dudes do the the fmc and also a bunch of other shit. Will I ever be able to finish and entire series, apparently not.

This book spends sooooooooooooooo much time talking about the clothes that the fmc is wearing, the clothes she's shopping for, the clothes everyone else is wearing. Because readers aren't capable of following the story unless they know exactly what everyone is wearing in every given scene. It feels like fanfiction.

This book is very "LEMME TAKE YOU TO POUND TOWN, BABY!" and I hate that very much. I guess I'll finish it but I'm skimming through the smut and I'll probably stop with this book. I just need authors to know that "break the bed" sex isn't some shorthand for an intense romantic relationship.

Oh man, I'm so happy to see Briony & Thorne show up in this book. I kind of love that so many of the author's books are set in the same universe and there are frequent crossovers between characters.

As someone who could not have kids due to severe endometriosis, I find this book's insistence that women are nothing without the ability to pop out babies to be pretty fucking offensive. Apparently if you aren't willing to suffer severe trauma for a baby you just don't count! This is by far the worst book in the series.

I hate how this book has become "BABIES!!!!" central. Hey, did you know that Kate and Curran are going to have a baby??? You should, because the past few books have constantly reminded you!!! Is Andrea having a baby?? She sure is, the books will constantly remind you of that, too!!! Despite this being the dumbest time possible to have a baby!!!!! Ugh.

I like so much about this series, but the smut is just not very good and yet it goes on for paaaaaaaaages.

God Austin is annoying. He’s a typical boring alpha who’s incredibly emotionally incontinent. I’d just like to read one series without a huge lunkhead of an mmc, please.

So this is pretty fun so far. I can identify with self-deprecating middle aged women.

Maybe it's just me, but I feel that it's pretty ooc for Farron to gobble up some green flame goodies from "Malekai Furiondemius", winner of the 'Worst Named Villains of 2024' contest. Perhaps I just enjoy consistent characterization!

The root of the issues with this book is the simple fact that the author’s aren’t good enough writers to pull off the epic storyline that they’re shooting for. I’m not saying that they’re terrible, but it would take someone with considerable writing skills to reign in the convoluted mess that this series has become.

Over halfway through this book and barely anything has happened, other than Rosalina constantly falling to her knees in anguish over one of her mates being more than 20 ft away from her. Four books in and we're still pretending that every single one of the mmc's are not her mates, hooray!!!!

It’s good that we’re rehashing the whole Caed betrayal thing and not actually moving the fucking story along meaningfully. Prob gonna drop this series until the last book is out.

So, there are two neat little “polycules” in this book: Rose/Farron/Dayton and Rose/Caspian/Keldarion. Ezryn fits into none of this, he sits outside of everything like a fourth wheel on a tricycle. This is why he should be mysteriously vanished from this series. Also, he sucks.

The stoner dragon should be less of a raging asshole. Weed makes you less dickish, not more.
