I'm sold. It's great.

Good. Really very good. Harrowing. Painful. Beautifully written/translated. Some phrases hit you in the heart. The subject matter certainly does. Not for everyone. Not even sure if it's for me. But very special nonetheless.

Already it's like walking into your local and finding an old friend and falling back into their humour, their speech, old shared ways of being.

Not far in and so far it seems to be nothing but a shirking of responsibility. Individual humans do bad things, but it's only because of brain cells/childhood trauma/the direction the wind is blowing...not sold so far
