I must have picked this up when I was in Sydney Australia- so far very cute - published in 1993 and set in 1950s Sydney- who knew a department store would offer the service of x-raying your child’s feet with their shoes on to see if they fit well? Hilarious.

These short writing prompts get the juices flowing for sure! Not everyone is a hit - but they still are so interesting!

I just am not loving this one….

Though it sent me on a journey to learn about napoleon- So I guess there is that.

Done with the book - marching on to the epilogues - I could never have done this without the online book club support group. I feel like I need to take a vacation when this is over!
