I’ve been reading so much poetry lately that fiction like this sounds like nails on a chalkboard to me

If someone told me to my face that bisexuals don’t exist I’d start swinging. Vera can do whatever she wants rn and she’d be right

It really is insane what religion can do to queer ppl bc I keep thinking "how could you ever think that" but the entire point is that religion trains you to react in a very specific way that only benefits the people with power

I do think it's kind of insane how much Dana and Kevin are going along w staying in the past for a long time, but other than that, great book so far

I've finished 5 poems, everyone should be proud. I probably would have an easier time reading poems that weren't over 100 years old, but alas. Hindsight.
