I don't know how to feel about this. First story was awful, but most were at least okay or semi-good. To me, anyway. The problem I have with a lot of them is that they end abruptly or not really at all, like Nin just decided to stop writing and declared "Yeah, this story's probably long enough."

right off the back . . . wtf. The first story has pedophilia, incest, and rape. I thought reading through this was going to be fun. Guess I'm in for a ride.

Just finished book 1 of 2 in this volume. It's been a while since my last high fantasy. Not as gritty as I'd like, but this was very fun and I highly enjoyed reading it. Onwards to book 2.

Okay so far. I like the fake essay here, but I can do without the second guy chiming in every once in a while to provide tangential footnotes that are pages long. I wonder how much the author took to compile all these fake references.

Hmm… I can’t believe I shed (a few) tears while reading this… that rarely, RARELY happens. Then again, I’ve been kinda emotional since listening to the release of the RED re-recording (yes I’m a Swiftie and proud of it. Go listen to All To Well. Stream RED - Taylor’s version. k bye)
