Halfway through the book and there’s been very little development in both the story and characters. So I’m bored.

The prequel disappointed me but I miss Elend so

My favourite books of 2022, by order of date read:
- Jade war - Fonda Lee
- Jade legacy - Fonda Lee
- Babel - R. F. Kuang

Somehow they are all adult fantasy novels by Asian North American authors, but The Green Bone Saga is very different from Babel. These books blew me away and I keep thinking about them even long after reading.

Season 3 here we go!

My heart breaks...
