okay we still haven't had the convo that needs to happen yet

I am curious how this might play out, at least for half of the characters

I don’t read a lot of nonfiction but wanted to pick this one up and I see myself here in ways that might not make sense to anyone and was unexpected to me

read most of this on the plane and I’m enjoying myself, but it was pitched extremely incorrectly

I am trudging through this guys, but it will be finished by tomorrow because I am not taking it on the plane

i'm kinda dragging my feet over here

there is zero chemistry happening here, my gosh; the friendship plots are much more interesting

I could not care less about these characters right now, mostly because we know nothing about their individual lives and they've had like three conversations total

going through these like they're potato chips

honestly I started this in the Lincoln tunnel half because I had it already downloaded and half because I’ve heard great things and I’m loving every part of it so far

nope can’t do it sorry, it’s really not good

this author is also on the panel I’m going to see tomorrow so I figured why not but I haven’t really liked his other books and I already don’t like this one :’)

have I ever mentioned how much I love them? bc if I have, it's not enough

I was like what if I reread this bf I meet kt at the ripped bodice event friday and I was mostly joking but I'm not anymore

this is going to be so hard to review but please note I am enjoying myself

there's so much blur in this book about perception and relationships, it's all grey area, and I can't tear my eyes away

oh this is exactly what I expected it to be so far and I did just spend the last three hours not moving to read part one

and history repeats—once again Rosen is writing about something from the 50s that is illegal now and yet people are speaking about bringing back

got my own copy—this one’s less fun to look at though

its actually pretty uncommon that I read to books in a series back to back nowadays but I guess I'm in the mood for it

the last one was decent but I’m actually really enjoying this one—the plot and character arcs are much more compelling

hey it's been a minute and I could use a refresher

also technically I'm reading the second volume but there's no entry for that

am I aware this is dumb? yes. but the whole 'can't have anything in the sink' thing is something that does in fact also drive me nuts to the consternation of literally everyone I know and I feel very seen over here
