I never want this to end and I cannot wait for the last page

So excited to be reading this book written by a colleague of mine, my physical copy in now en route!

I can see how this is a classic, I think it is wonderfully written.
There is however, so far, not one single redeemable character in this book. They all lie, mock, steal, gamble, drink or murder. AKA its a bit depressing.

The Great Gatsby went to the top of my list of favourite books when I read it this year so I knew some more Fitzgerald was in order.
I have decided to read his books in order of publication to best experience the development of his style (something I wish I had done for more authors).
It is enjoyable so far but not groundbreaking.
