Pretty dodge so far tbh- my eyes were rolling to the back of my head. Some of the characterisations are just SO stereotypical and/or annoying but they’re not really fleshed out behind that. It’s like the author wrote about these peoples’ reactions based on just dramatic netflix shows and not actual people? If that makes sense??

This book is so fun! The characters are all pretty realistic and loveable- plus it’s great to see Geordie slang in a YA book lol

A.G Slatter’s books feel like an extension of the first third of Dracula- the suspense and the gothic and the fairytale-esque atmosphere is just 🤌 10/10. Personally, All The Murmuring bones lost me a little with the big plot twist and the surprise romance at the end but apart from that, was absolutely perfect- so i’m buzzing to start this!
