After the Part III, the events or red roots existence is interesting

the narrative is very cinematic, but lacks of interesting events

in chapter 26, finally! Marya has a daughter baby with Koschei

wow, Marya Morevna was cheating on her husband? She kissed a human and a fae while Koschei at Russian war (?)

There are faeries, forest fantasy, the vibe reminds me of Hans Christian Anderson's tales, also the kitchen creatures fantasy feels like in Beauty and the Beast, Belle and those talking kitchen appliance (?)

Wow, it turns out i pick up a book with a very similar plot with Korean novel "Cry, or Better Yet, Beg". But "Deathless" is written by a real western author. And it published waaay ahead. It's strange, too similar with the fond of birds, strong ruthless male and innocent female protagonist. I hope this is better than Solche's immoral story. I like the poetic words in this book also at times hard to understand for me.

Bagus penjabarannya so far. Tapi di pertengahan buku banyak dicampur cerita/rumor yg di dengar penulis mengenai kisah hidup seseorang di Indonesia yg konon merasa bertemu Nabi Khidir. Juga ada campuran filosofi Jawa, cerita-cerita wali/kiyai pesantren yg menurutku sepertinya kurang sejalan deh sama ajarannya Nabi Khidir, lebih seperti suka2nya sendiri. Masih dipertanyakan kisah2 "ajaib" mereka.

Nabi "Khidir" merupakan gelar. menurut sumber dua kitab yg dipergunakan penulis untuk riset. Nabi Khidir disinyalir merupakan anak raja yg melarikan diri dari istana dikarenakan tidak mau menurut perintah raja yg menurutnya tak sesuai, terutama karena agama yg dianutnya berbeda dengan sang ayah. Agama yg berkiblat pada Islam, namun ada juga yg menyebutkan agama Allah yg saat itu tengah disyiarkan oleh Nabi Musa.

Haa, this book is so fricking dragging!! 😥 But the story is actually interesting. It's just... too much wordy narrations. Almost there though...
