So, ya know. The h goes back to work. Because- accessory to murder isn’t a thing. Or, calling the cops. Or, ya know, any SANE reaction. Time to peel some potatoes.

You know how sometimes a character is doing the exact opposite of every single inner monologue/conversation they have? Whip lash.

Like, the h is all “omg he’s hot but sleeps around with every vagina in the country better avoid that one”.... then she has conversations with literally every single person who’s all “don’t do it!!”

Then she sees the H and goes hormone stupid?🖕🏻🤬

Hate it.

You know what’s SUPER annoying!? When an entire plot hangs on a SINGLE ADULT CONVERSATION- that never happens between the h/H because immature STUPID reasons. ‘I’m an adult, I can handle all the things on my own.’- h And then- ‘Its MY past, I can handle all the things on my own.’- H.

I’m so bored. This h is a serious cold bitch. If it weren’t for the ‘mates’ aspect of this, I would expect the H to run fast and far.

Working the farm, bad banter, awkward ‘flirting’... and that’s about it. Nothing else is happening.

I dunno if I can finish this one. The internal dialogue is driving me bat shit crazy.

I dunno about this one. I may set it aside and try again later. Some things move super fast, but then I feel like there are too many details for the mundane stuff. Over description I guess.

I've been trying to get into this book for three days. It's boring the shit out of me. The H is a spineless asshat.

This book is a serious trial. I am struggling my ASS off to finish it. Lani is a serious BITCH. And stupid immature.

I don't think I will finish this one. Sadly. The H isn't for me. He's an asshole.

I keep catching myself wandering away from this book. The characters aren't holding my interest very well. And the plot seems slow moving because of the repetition of certain aspects of the books. I get it the H is hot.

This book doesn't seem planned out. It just reads like it was thrown together. Things just keep happening that don't make sense to any plot line. I have put down and picked back up this book multiple times already. I doubt I'll finish it.

This h is fucking stupid. Soooooooo stupid. Whining and determined to kill her own future. At this point I kind of hope someone kicks her ass or she ends up alone.

The h in this book is the single most obnoxiously weak heroine I have read in a really long time. So frustrating.

There is literally nothing like-able about Alex. She is the worst.

I'm bored. The h seems weak, and I'm already over the broody H and his demands--- and they've only had three actual conversations. Soooo, that's not good.

I'm not gonna lie, I will probably DNF this one. Which is a shame since I liked the first two in this series. But Alexandra sucks. The h is supposed to be an awesome reporter, but she literally throws herself into this situation with ZERO knowledge. She's laughably unprepared and comes across as stupid because of it. She's also supposed to come across as tough. She doesn't. She just seems like a bitch.

I may throw in the towel on this one. Nothing appealing is happening. And even at only 9% I'm bored. And I find the h to be a little annoying.

I'm so bored. This book reads like a lifetime chick flick. But considering those usually last like an hour and a half, it's like the never ending movie. With lots of unnecessary boring details.

I didn't realize this was a book about not only abduction, but also a submission/master relationship. It's annoying already. I doubt I'll finish this one.

A week ago my kindle exploded. So for the past seven days I thought I was going to die. Or possibly- I did die. It's okay now though. I ordered a new one today. When it gets delivered to me, I shall pet it, and love it, and generally be a much better human being to everyone.

This book is a chore. It's boring. Everything is insta. Insta-love, insta-acceptance of some pretty stupid shit (I am a cave man, deal with it- and she's all okay, sounds good), the H might as well club this bitch and demand a sandwich. She'd totally be okay with that shit. Laaaaaame.

Nothing is happening. Nothing has happened of consequence for the last 40% of this book. I'm bored. And this shit just keep goooooooing.
