I love the heart of this story already but I don’t love the hopping around to different times, just when stuff starts getting going, boom we are back in 1995, then I finally start getting interested in that, and we are back in 2015, and lord I just remembered I think we got some 2005’s too. Gonna take me longer to finish lol

Guy hooks up with his shitty ex’s dad and 3 brothers (curious what combo’s we might get lol)

This is the kind of book that makes me want to read everything I can by these authors. Obsessed.

This is one of those books that I’m slow to pick up and start reading for some reason but then when I do I quickly become engrossed and obsessed. This is SO GOOOOOOOD

This is kinda a great start to a book tbh like I’m more invested than I usually am in an enemies/ rivals to lovers situation- and tbh I already want to go back and read book 1 too

The first 4 books in this series are fun, light hearted rom coms that touch on some serious stuff but mostly keep it light. This book? This emotional devastation? Like, my heart is ACHING for Cara and Emmett omfg

Now THIS is the stepbrothers, enemies to lovers, cowboy romance I wanted - this setup has been absolutely delicious so far

It took me until the 4th book, rn, to realize that this is a hockey team but I don’t think I’ve heard a single name of another player on the team outside of the core group of 5 we love and care about lmao like they literally don’t exist

I was (and am) excited for Adam’s story but I think because of that, this story feels especially emotional omg

So they’ve basically already declared their desire to be with each other lol curious where it goes from here (positive)

I’m not kidding when I say I have been DESPERATELY waiting for this book, I’m so excited it’s finally (like a month and a half after I read book1) out, give my baby Cielo all the happy endings

I feel like the last 40ish pages of this book are gonna rock my socks off like I have no idea how this is gonna end but I expect people to die that’s all I know lmao
