Ok, this might be a DNF! This chick has been kidnapped from her job in Seattle, drugged and taken to NY by some criminal. After being rescued, she's trying to go back to work???? And knowing others will come after her! What in the ever loving.... is going on??? I HATE stupid heroines! 😡

Enjoying this cute story of high school juniors, but man, the mean girls in this book are relentless!! I feel terribly sorry for poor Hannah! Ford is awesome to her, though. I just wished he did a better job of protecting and standing up for her.

I hate secrets!!!! Can we be upfront and honest with our partners? Especially when your organized crime family members are potentially harmful! 🙄

Not sure what page I'm on (audiobook), but it's only chapter 3 and they've had sex twice and he's talking about how he needs to dominate in the bedroom. Not sure if this will be for me, when I dislike everything to be built around sex only. Oh and this dialogue is beyond cringe! 🙄. I'll give it a few more chapters.

Am I only one who struggles with the chick being the grump of the story? I just feel like authors can never pull it off without the h being unlikable. I like the story, but so far she's coming off as ungrateful and the dude is really going out on a limb to help her and her daughter.

I love this series! Fletcher, Laney and Ellis are still my favs though. Rhonan and Vienna have just admitted they want each other, so things are heating up. :)

Umm, at the end of Chapter 27 (audiobook), there was like 24 mins left in the chapter and most of that was a descriptive intimate scene. That felt extremely long! I had to skip through. Why do the sexy times have to be sooo long? Sheesh!

Ok, the drama with the dad is sooo over the top for just no reason! Is it just me?

Ok, I'm agreeing with the other readers on the amount of bullying! It's gone wayyy too far to be believable! For this to be a no tolerance for bullying high school, there's tons of bullying going on. Like how is one person being bullied to this degree, by nearly the entire school and no one (including her) reports it? Sigh!

Loving this build up. Plenty of tension as their relationship develops, but I'm locked in, not at all bored. Just had their first sexual encounter, which was super unbelievable, but doesn't take away from the rest of the story.

Cute, but very predictable. It's been an enjoyable listen while I'm searching the internet for recipes.

Ugh, so far I just feel terribly sorry for Tessa. Left at the alter and being bribed into dating her lifelong unrequited crush. Oh and she just bumped into her ex and the chick he cheated with in an unflattering scenario. Sigh, poor girl. Not a fan of Logan yet.

IDK how I feel about this! Just finished the first sex scene and he made her get on her knees, then crawl to him. Then he spits the tequila he just drank into her mouth. Is this hot to other people? He did this for her to prove she really wanted it.

Ugh, dick much? I can't freaking stand this dude, even knowing why he is the way he is. 🙄

OMG, this is really good and cute! A bit too much descriptive sex, but being that they started as a sex only thing, I guess it's to be expected. I'm listening to the audiobook, so I'm skipping past those scenes. I only need two, three max before I need it to be closed door! Love the characters and can't wait for the rest of the series.

On to book two- Juniper Hill. I'm in chapter seven and I love Memphis and her baby, Drake. She's a single mom and is working her butt off to provide for her baby. She's running from her past, but it hasn't been revealed as to why yet. She and Knox are just starting to connect.

Loving Indigo Ridge! Small town romance with a hot cowboy, nosy townsfolk and a potential killer on the loose, yep, sign me up!

I'm already over the bickering and sniping at each other! I get it's a sensitive issue that they're dealing with, but I'm here for the romance and so far, this ain't it! This is exactly why I normally avoid enemies to lovers! Fingers crossed it improves.

Not sure if I'm the minority here, but I've been plotting Trent's death since the very beginning of this book! He is AWFUL and I hope he gets his!!! Lexi has just left him, is starting over and just bumped into Kirby. Kirby is sooo good for her, so I can't wait to see how things unfold!

Short read, so things are moving fast. Like it feels rushed, but still enjoyable.

Uhhh, how did this earn so many good reviews??? I'm utterly confused! She's overweight and this seems to be a reason for everyone to treat her like crap? Like her own mother, her brother, the guys she dates and what's worse is she allows it! Trust me, blood relatives or not, if you can't treat me with decency and respect, we will not have a relationship, like AT ALL!!

The way I've been waiting for this to drop and the excitement I feel! My day is off to a spectacular start!

I HATE her family, Stetson and his family and I'm starting to hate Sadie and this book! I'm trying to be patient with her amnesia, but really? 🤬

Wow, I mean I know this only had a 3.5 star rating, but I feel that's generous! This book is them having sex (descriptively) and more sex, then shower and you've guessed it, MORE SEX! Sigh Where is the character development and plot?

Is it me or does anyone feel Hendy is a creep for blatantly trying to move in on Lucy while she's with Emmett? He's a douche!

Wowwww, was really excited for Summer and Parker to get their story, but WTF even is this? When Summer was a side character, I didn't realize her life was so awful- home wrecker mom, dad remarries and now she's an afterthought of his new life/ family, dudes use her for sex, when she's looking for the real thing. The only good things are her friends and job. Sigh, I hope this gets better.

Sigh, midway through and we're still hearing about her grieving her deceased husband. Couple still not together.

Siiighhhhh! If he says, "I'm a bad man" one more freaking time....I swear!!!! 😡
