Conflicting feelings. Rich world building and depth, but I find it hard to get over the violence, the intense focus on male sexuality, and the density of the text itself.

…An interesting start! That’s for sure. Immediately, the first ~1/5 of this reads as if it could be a satire of modern romances and not a genuine attempt at a compelling story.

Intrigued to see how the rest of it is.

Kind of eh so far. A bit disappointing because the idea is really cute, but it’s written very amateurish.
