Up until this point this book has been beyond annoying. It’s taken me so long to get here, but WOAH.

She should have let this series end when it did. I’m not have a good time.

If you can make it through the first 300 pages, this part of the book is worth every minute of torture.

The amount of times I’ve heard the terms “baby girl” and “his forked tongue” make me wanna throw my mf phone.

When I tell you I have no idea where this book is going, I have no idea. If she hurts Aiden tho, I will DNF this real quick.

Side note: this does not feel romance at all. Supernatural? Mystery maybe. Idfk.

I thought this book was going to be cute and funny and a nice in between pallet cleanser and now I’m crying happy tears. Feeling all of the emotions. Omg.

No because Beckett Davis is gonna be one to talk you thru it. No doubt in my mind.

Update: 67% and they’ve slept together in a tent, he’s cleaned her wounds and he held her in his arms and the most he’s done is graze her boob. This slow burn got lost somewhere.

This book has a lot of good reviews for me to be this bored. Hoping something picks up here soon.
