I’m halfway through the book, and so far, the fake dating trope hasn’t felt forced at all.
There’s none of that ridiculous smirking from the male lead when he’s teasing the girl he secretly likes. And the whole thing is progressing in a really natural, believable way.

There are so many characters, I’m literally fighting for my life over here!

Okay, I have a few questions. First of all, why is Death slacking off so much? Like, just go do your job. Why are you going through all this trouble to deal with a bunch of little girls?
I don’t understand Shilo’s logic at all! If you’re trying to protect her, why keep putting her in dangerous situations?
And why did the main character accept everything so easily? Killing other people just to get answers?

I'm still waiting for the REAL zombies

As a supernatural fan, I'm enjoying this so far.

Major Shades of Spades vibes. The main character isn’t nearly as clever as she thinks she is

I desperately need someone to fangirl over Tourmaline with🫠

Is it just me, or this book is boring?

Why all the Hawthorne families in the books are rich and in love with riddles?

Rereading this masterpiece is a great joy

Okay, girl, I can’t convince myself anymore. Jordyn, you’re an idiot.

I really don’t understand why having friends and being part of a friend group is so important to people.

At first I wondered why they were all so stupid. Then, I remembered that even smart people become idiots when cults are involved.

Is it just me or Jude and Cardan are just stupid? Just talk together!

Who's wearing sunglasses inside? Douchebags!

It’s way better than I expected

At first, I wasn’t into it at all, and I honestly thought I’d drop it. But now? Yeah… I’m completely hooked. Dungeon Crawler Carl basically grabbed me by the collar and refused to let go ^_^

For the first time, I didn’t see that coming!

Interesting, it’s pretty rare for me to actually like the main female character, but Clara isn’t annoying at all

I don’t know why, but I like Rand’s stubbornness.

I love that Mat and Rand are much closer in the book than in the series

She would keep the feathers because he wanted them to be flower ♡_♡

OMG, Elin ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡

Considering the author's previous books, I think Damon — the one locked up in the room — is actually the good guy in the story

I love this book so much that I don't even want to keep reading. what if it ends too soon?

It's interesting how Rand in the book stays a virgin and resists all temptations :)) but in the show, he hooks up with every girl who makes a move on him.

I fell in love with Perrin and Faile's relationship

Rosamund Pike's voice is fabulous
