Last 100 pages of a fantasy book… what can I say?
Some people (Bogdana, Randain,…) were conspirating on Jude and Cardan. The Ghost is dead and Cardan almost would’ve been killed. And though Wren was used/blackmailed into this, she was still on Oaks side and I never doubted her.
Let’s just hope Bogdana eats dirt and we get a cute little wedding at the end.

Jude has now made the deal with Wren that Oak gets to ask her a question, they get married the same day if she gets it right, and postpone a week if she gets it wrong. I want them married just for the hell of it.

Okay, call me a fool but I trust Borgana over Oak when it comes to trading her or Melliths heart for Madoc. Because 1. I think that Borgana gave Wren Melliths heart when she created her and 2. The way he evaded and didn’t clearly answer Wren when she asked him if he wanted to trade her screams GUILTY. No, I like them, but I don’t trust Oak at that point. But what I think is that he caught feelings for her.

I love a fantasy where the fmc is a literal monster (we love u wren).

Seems we’re flying around and collecting newbloods now. For over 50 pages my god…

If I’m being honest… I wouldn’t get far without the audiobook. The storyline of finding the other newbloods is so dry and flat. Way too long aswell.

First time I read (or started reading) I got to Chapter 5 and then stopped. I don’t even know when that was but yeah.
What I noticed in red queen, is that I didn’t remember certain things or remembered them differently. Like I remembered what exactly I thought of which character but that was kinda different too.
I hope Cal gets the time he needs to heal from this. And Istg if Mare manipulates him again-
