So far, I do really find this book interesting. But, part of me is wondering if I should continue because it feels closer to personal experience vs a helpful guide to polyamory for anxious people.

Definitely a hard read. The things a person can go through to survive is both incredible and terrifying. The fact that cruel people exist like this for their benefit without considering what it can do to a person is beyond me.
