bought this in 2022 when i was still trusting jack edwards with my book recs so we’ll see how it goes

this is so John Green™️ but i am eating it up

i come from a family of lion women and my dad told me my mom (who never reads literally ever) stayed up all night to finish this book. So i'm on it obviously

“more than 20 million of us humans live here polluting the air, depleting the groundwater. but still i find myself thanking the city every day, because she saved me, liberated me from the prospect of a life i shudder to think about. i cannot ever forget that.”

not to be obnoxious but i'm sick of reading about rich white women who self-sabotage

s/o to suburban malaise and my local library

reading this during the heatwave like every other east london bitch

tbh i'm bored but fuck mark zuckerberg

i remember when stacey sent me this via google doc two years ago and now i'm holding it in my hands ..... i love my friends

as someone who went on her first date at 23 and who was scared of intimacy for many years this book makes me feel a lot

harrowing truly

like literally everyone else …..

beginning was a bit slow but now we’re getting somewhere

enjoying this a lot but my god this woman is wealthy

i'm sad

guys i’m kinda bored ………… soz

girl ………..

yes unfortunately everything that’s wrong with me stems from my unrestricted internet access as a preteen

free palestine!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
