love doesn’t need a hall pass guys, who you love is not something that anyone gets to decide is right except for YOU. I know that for the lgbtq+ community it can be hard establishing who is supportive on here, so I just wanted to state that I not only love you guys, but I happily and proudly support you too. because those two things really do go hand in hand.

if you get offended when I say “I believe that all people matter regardless of race, sex, gender, sexuality, religion, etc.” then that’s not a me problem, it is a you problem. If loving everyone is too woke for you, that’s a reflection of your failure as a person, not mine.

I’ve successfully (unfortunately) killed my Goodreads by being inactive 😓 it’s unlikely that anyone will see this because I haven’t been active in a bit, but I was very busy applying to colleges (I got in!!) and with school work! I’m back now though and will be showering everyone’s reviews with love and compliments. everything shall go back to the natural order of things 🥹

In light of the celebration of the ceasefire, I just want to remind everyone to never forget the 18,500+ children that were murdered. Peace may be coming, but some babies were born into a battlefield and never got the opportunity to know anything else. I’m not a religious person, but I wholeheartedly hope that they’re experiencing the warmth, peace, and love they deserved in a better place.

I love how the different POV’s are written so much! the only first person perspective is from the main character and the occasional others are third person. It’s cool to get the story from another narrative while also keep it clear who the story is focused on/following
