✮ ~ soph ~ ✮ oooh the wedding people and the invisible life of addie larue both got me out of the worst reading slumps ❤︎ hope ur reading gets better soon angel

⋆。˚꒰ঌ worm ໒꒱˚。⋆ I just finished Eileen by Ottessa Moshfegh and it kept me sat all the way through- it’s not that long of a read either, it’s just rather heavy since it’s about a VERY disturbed and vile person(s).

On a completely other hand- if you want a super lighthearted/cute manga I’d highly recommend Yotsuba&!- it’s my personal go-to when I’m in a reading funk or just need something lighthearted between heavy reads. ^^

hamzah ❦︎ i'm glad my mom died by jeanette mccurdy!!

Makinley (Gibsie’s version) Honestly anything by Lynn Painter. A lot of her less popular books are light hearted and made me laugh

message 9: by Nick (new)

Nick anything short that's the opposite of your last read (aka the book that put you in a slump)!
for fantasy I'd recommend The False Prince, for romance I'd recommend the Christy Miller series or anything by Ann Liang, for mystery/thriller I'd recommend The Naturals or The Inheritance Games
