Tbh.. I should’ve been finished this book a month ago. But I actually love this book. Picking it back up for just 3 chapters and it’s still so good. Jameson trying to figure out a work & personal boundary LOVE THAT. Emily standing on business LOVE THAT.

We finally got something interesting😭 they just switched phones! I’m not mad at the book it’s just a really really slow start. I miss books with spice, there was always something to look forward to 😂 and now I just feel like I’m cruising along in this book. But it is really cute and very Christmasy which I LOVE! I’m happy this is my November read. I feel like it’s a good warm up Christmas book

Slow start, chapter 2 was actually kinda boring besides Lila’s boss telling her she can’t get more hours at work. LMAO! I think part of me is waiting for that spice… b it this is not a spice book😭 this is actually the first non spice book I’m reading and it’s interesting

Half way update: so far LOVING this book! The spice is literally a 10/10. Constant spice chileeeeee!! Also I’m loving the strangers to lovers, here for it!! Emily, love her! She is so sweet and innocent! As for Mr.Miles…. He is so clever and I am so here for it. I can’t wait for his character development bc he needs more emotion. But so far loving it!! 8/10

I’m sorry… Mr.Miles you’re about to piss me off…. Going to another country and visiting your ex is crazy when you have another girl that is trying to confess her feelings. Sir don’t pmo rn.

I mean wow. This book has been open for the last 3 hours. The amount of spice is INSANE it literally is spicy from the jump & keeps you on your toes! I’m excited to see what’s next!!!!

So It’s actually taking me very long to finish this book. I’m not here for the marriage books so far, but imma still read it. Also, Dom was starting to get on my nerves bc part of me like damn let her go. BUT it’s his love.. he shouldn’t have to let it go. I hope they end up together & it was nice reading again

Usually I read the books from a young point of view but bc I get this older vibe it’s new & I like it!!!
