This is interesting and a good reminder of what I would rather forget but it is not a quick read and I’ve only made it halfway after checking it out of the library twice. Might get back to it later.

You begging to suspect a book is too long when at 83% you still have over a hundred pages to go. Also when you’re checking the page count instead of reading. But it is intermittently amazing, so I keep going.

Listening to the audio on a road trip, on recommendation from a friend. The last Backman I read was too sentimental for me but this is going well so far.
