I have mixed feelings about the book so far. I’m genuinely uneasy worrying about what’s going to happen to Millie. I have such an attachment to her because of the first book, the idea of her enduring harsh, physical pain is a bit unsettling for me.
On the other hand, I’m on my toes and very invested to see how she gets herself out of this one.
