Oh boy, Riders of Rohirrim time!

Made it out of Aden! Saved Tinbu and his crew, and the Marawati has been reclaimed! Plus Yusuf stayed behind to go back to his family. And Naft is nasty, like Napalm. Amina is back on the ocean! Also some backstory of the husband perhaps? The husband was maybe a slave from Malabar?

Boromir is dead :( They did a little funeral for him.
Now they search for the kidnapped Hobbits. Currently making for the Plains of Rohirrim, to Isengard.

To rescue Tinbu! Very experienced ship guy. Need Yusuf to help them out, Yusuf is a rich, Jewish Merchant who is in love with Tinbu. Very fun.

Frodo is going AWOL. Oh my God, he’s just leaving. For the better of his friends. He knows not who he can trust, Boromir has been corrupted by the want of the ring.

On the final chapter! They are still on the boat, they have made it to the Nen Hithoel, with the likenesses of old Elven Kings. Apparently Minas Tirith used to go by a different names, when the Kings of Númenor were a thing. Very cool! Might be nearing a breaking point, the party must decide whether to go east or west to reach their destination. Borimir is kind of a dickhead.

Gollum is stalking the party! Yikes! And the party had to leave Lórien, very sad :( They all had a great time there.
They now on boats heading down to Minis Tirath. Apparently orcs are coming? Uh-oh!

They made it to the capital of Lothlórien! Caras Galadhon. Neat tree place

Made it in Lothlórien! The elves here are basically ninjas????? Also the orcs are still stalking the party! Uh-oh. Also, some unknown thing is stalking Frodo???? That’s horrifying, it is not an elf though. Elves make no sound while they move, this thing makes a little sound. Is it Smeagol?

Incredibly fascinating. Class consciousness and racism. Racism back then NOT NATURAL! Multiple factors. Onto Bacon’s Rebellion. Class consciousness leading to fear for the higher ups.

On chapter two, very neat chapter on racism.

Banger. Felt my stress rising reading the teaching methods LOL. Learning reading and it being totally divorced from reading is CRAZY!

The addiction’s getting worse. 💀 Pete’s back in Cincy as Player-Manager, I can see the crash course he’s on, though. Gambling with dangerous people, and now about to get into Gold’s Gym, full of coke and steroids. Yikes. Tommy Gioiosa is hooked on ‘roids, which is scary. And Pete is about to start going to that gym. Feeling uneasy

Divorce from Karolyn. RIP. Terry Rubio demanding money from Pete, RIP. Phillies are big winning though. And Pete passed Musial’s hitting record! Tommy Gioiosa is STRUGGLING trying to find any baseball team that likes him, I think he’s mid.

Made it to Arky Vaughan.
