she wants him to WHAT?

this caught my eye because of the beautiful cover and poetic title. it seemed like something Sybil would've read, and the description of "shedding tears and talking late into the night" of this book, well lets say im in the mood for sad books right now

"We are thirty in our hearts, before all the disappointment, all the ways it turned out to be so much more painful than we thought it would be, but then again, it has also been magic."

i will be thinking of this book for a long time. it shows the way time passes at the blink of an eye, the way that despite the loss of time, its never too late. the time is now. hug those you love, and be present. "today" is constant.

I grew to care for and love every single character. i feel as though i saw them from sybils eyes. her going blind when reading and writing meant so much to her just broke me. the loss of her son, daan, and her sight. the greife and guilt and anger and friendships and new loves at an old age, the chance to start over and apologize and forgive. absolutely devastating absolutely a joy.

This book. It was an incredible work of fiction. It was so raw, so human. Sybil had a way of loving all these people and caring deeply. All who know her came to love her deeply. This story of the end of her life, told in letters, made me laugh, made me angry, made me cry, and here i sit unable to stop thinking about it.

its literally just letters, no dialogue or actions, simply the exchanges of letters and emails, yet i have laughed i have cried i have grown attached to the characters i have learned the characteristics of them all. virginia evans is an outstanding author, especially given its her dubet. i am feeling 5 star feelings.

i loved this story bc its Haley. it reminded me a lot of her and ryan which is a little funny but it was cute and pretty good for her debut! 5 out of bias :)

im in a slump because i have a busy life but im enjoying...... i think? kinda slow, dont care about the rebellion at all... is if weird that im rooting for the "bad guys"? like i like them? i dont want tge silver world to end and i hope the red rebellion fails. i dont think thats what victoria wanted lol

this book. LYNN! Hands down my favorite book shes ever written. probably my favorite book ive read this entire year. it was SO GOOD. the writing was literally so good. this was the most perfect teenage romcom i loved every scene every character, i felt all the tension and emotion, i was screaming at Dani to communicate. long story short lynn is amazing at this. this book was pure perfection. 6 stars. i LOOOOOOOVED IT

this book was adorable. i loved the town and characters. it was just missing depth within the plot, i couldn't feel the chemistry that well when they weren't kiss, but all in all cute and got me in the fall mood plus i love cooper and the friendgroup and all the activities it was so cutie

this book was great. it took me a long time to read just bc i was so budy with life not at all bc it was unenjoyanle so yay! i like katherines other books better but hutch was a cutie so 3 ⭐️

i LOVED this book. henry. loved bennet too, but it was so painful to see her grief. what she went thru was so painful and it felt so realistic seeing that stages off her progress even years later. henry really helped her find herself and their love story was so precious. she was cutting herself open every time she started to heal, but then let herself love, let everyone back in, & found herself🥹 five⭐️

i see so much of myself in alice its crazy. i resonate with so much about her character. the dynamics in this book also make me feel like sobbing. it feels like the jump from comfort to the more thats out there. it feels like letting go of trying to be like everyone else, and discovering that someone still thinks you're enough. it feels raw and real and true.

i hear good things so im excited

ik ppl hated the intsa love but i thought it was well done. it got really depressing in the middle tho.. and the money logistics made no sense they both broke but flying cross country twice a month? sureee haha
