I leaned against the wall and watched Colvin pull Verstell into her arms and tickle her. I smiled in spite of myself. Colvin probably wouldn't be doing that if she knew I was watching, but it was nice to see Colvin being herself sometimes. I'd only seen glimpses of who she really was. But I wanted to. I wanted to know her. Would I ever get the chance to?
