Noel is such an idiot for doing what he did, and I’d definitely be annoyed with his character if a self-loathing MMC written by Tal Bauer wasn’t my favorite :) And I know how TB is going to turn this whole thing around, I mean, he’s done this in almost all his books I guess. So whatever I’m excited to see how it's done this time

A thing I def hate about this series is the numerous boring side couples that are just there for the sake of being there like sometimes it feels like the author was trying to check out some quota or something. And a whole lot of these characters would have been better off single than in the romantic affairs they were forced into by the author me thinks. And there are not enough jason+ zade scenes anymore 😤

4 % in & I am not sure whether to continue this or not. this book is written in the 1960s & while I do not think this book is deliberately misogynistic, I am a hater of this "status obsessed shrewish wife who is responsible for the disruption of the poor man's peace" female characters. I am so tired of seeing such misogynistic portrayal of women in Malayalam media. There are just so many of them
