I might just dnf this one, it's not a bad book but if I'm being honest... idc for them adopting that little girl from the dance class like booo tomatoes tomatoes 😕👎🏾🍅

I haven't touched this book in a while and I'm not sure I ever will, or maybe I'll just restart it. There's something about this book that isn't doing it for me, which sucks because I enjoyed the first book in this series SO MUCH! 😭😭 I think Violet sounded more interesting in The Neighbor Favor than in this which is disappointing but maybe I'll try reading this again later.

im reading ts super fast but i actually enjoy the relationship dynamic between the two of them and i really like the fact that iris is well aware about the way she gives herself up in the name of her job. i like that she does speak back to declan and doesnt just take what he dishes out. i do wish that some of their disagreements lasted a bit longer cause he does have the audacity but none the less, i fw this book

CHAAAATTTTTTTTTT, i think the romance developed quick but tbh with tatiana being so similar to teresa, it makes sm sense why alex stopped being so grumpy. and i think by allowing himself to embrace yara and her way of thinking (while also teaching her some points as well), we’re seeing him in the way he’s always been (before teresa died). ANYWAYS I LOOOOOOOVE EM and im excited to see how they end up together
