Still very strange, but now I’m a little more intrigued. Who are the people in the gowns? Why are they not awake? and why does one of them look like Shadow? My guess is that he has fallen so deep into this pit of whatever this simulation is that he doesn’t realize he’s still asleep and possibly even dead. Like his consciousness is still floating in the simulation. Again very strange but, somehow I’m into it.
