Note: I restarted this book from the beginning bc it took me too long to finish the Losurdo book and I still haven’t figured out how to read more than one book at the same time

I’m actually gonna finish this book this week I promise

At some point I have to decide if I want to hit one goal I made up for myself (4 nonfiction books on the year) or another (30 books on the year, which I made up after I set my goal for 24 and was ahead of pace for awhile)

After reading some of the stuff I’ve been working my way through, reading this one feels like taking off a weighted vest

This is a good book but being on page 80 of this book is like being on page 240 of another book

All the characters speak in such a posh British way I have to keep reminding myself this takes place in New England not England
