I’m trying so hard to enjoy it but the smut isn’t even written well and the rest of the book is so plotless and repetitive. 😭

What am I reading? I’m trying to enjoy but it just feels so… all over the place 😬 This kid is so unlikeable and the grandma is giving bare minimum 90% of the time 😭

Trying my best but the idea you can’t tell your friends you split up with your fiance because 1) shared friendship group and 2) your friends are throwing a gunshot wedding, is absurd. Are these people your friends at all? ALSO, if you’re going to say “we realised we grew apart” at the end of the break, why are you forcing affection now? Surely makes more sense to be obviously distant? Ugh. Absolute waffle.

Jesse is everything I hate about men. He thinks the world revolves around him and hes the biggest arsehole you’ve met.

God I find fantasy genre so confusing sometimes (even as someone with background knowledge of fae/faeries and other creatures of Celtic world and legend) BUT this book has piqued my interest and I have a feeling it’s going to get juicyyyyyyy.
