Finally have time to continue this!

Still good, though Anna and Vronkys situation is dragging a bit.

On part 3 now, sooooooooo good. Insanely perceptive on the most subtle aspects of human behavior. I am getting goosebumps reading this, so much to chew on!

Good so far, but might save this for later. Not sure I’m in the mood for this type of book.

The last ~200 pages dragggeeeddd on. I would be more interested in the romance between Ash and Juli if there was more content. 90% of it is just Ash reflecting on the "tragedy". It felt like I was just reading Ash complain and complain and complain, and then I eventually wonder why I even care about their relationship. Who even is Juli? Characterize her a bit more!

Hope the next part refreshes my appetite.

This is getting good, being introduced to a wide and interesting cast of characters. Ash’s character development is getting fleshed out superbly. Some of these run on sentences make my head turn though lol

Okay so far 😐. It sounds kind of pretentious, but the philosophical topics are somewhat grounded. Not so hooked into the story yet though.

A bit melodramatic… too deep inside this man’s thoughts and his self-proclaimed uniqueness. Maybe I need to be in a more depressed mood for this 🙃
