Honestly, considering all the praise, I expected this book to be kind of spectacular. So far... it is. It sets out to show you discrimination and disproportionate androcentrism in different spheres using a tone of data. This it should be too much or too boring but somehow it isn't. You need to know that I hated this book the first time I tried to read it. I figured that I could stomach it as an audiobook and I was right. The narrator is, dare I say, gorgeous and brings fourth the humour inside this novel. Can't say I'm excited, I just want to put this behind me and see Ben Whishaw in the movie 🙏🏻
