Soooo gripping! I love the concept, I've been dying for the exploration of soulmates going wrong. This is fantastic. Sure, maybe not as diverse or sensitive as it could be but it is good enough to compensate for the weaker moments. Might become a personal favorite

It's actually... softer than I expected? I might even say I'm enjoying myself. Of course it's not free of misogyny but I prefer it when male characters are more realistic and wear their flaws on their sleeve. The setting is flashed out and I appreciate the natural build-up of the relationship between the main characters

I'm definitely vibing with this one. I love that a female friendship is at the forefront, it's easier for me to read about a heroine with friends than it was about a loner Marianne. I think it's an accurate depiction of a person in their 20s. "It do be like that" as they say. I hope the ending holds up and maintains the atmosphere
