Coming to the end and there are still sooo many loose ends so ofc that means I’ll be waiting another year+ for book 4😪😪 but that’s ok bc more ppl need to hear abt this series, it’s so good

I thought this might just be a trilogy but given all of the open ends and the pace at which they’re being tied up (or more like not tied up) there will 100% need to be another book YAY

I just can’t get past the context that it’s narrated in. I don’t mind that it’s 100% Draco’s pov (honestly a fan) but I don’t like how there are bits of narration from a third party but still sounding like it’s Draco, and then Hermione always being referred to as Granger as if that’s her actual name, no matter the context (idk how to explain, you have to read it to get it)

Ok so this is the latest book, I was worried for a sec that she wasn’t going to write a 3rd because I couldn’t find ANYTHING or anyone online who had even heard of the series but here we are. Hear me out, I feel like this is what it would be like to read TOG as it came out book for book…it’s seeming like it’s going to be a LONG series and the energy is so similar, I’m in love.

Picked this little baddie the other day for a quick browse and now I’m sucked into a full reread — I remember being so obsessed and then sad when I finished hook 2 because I didn’t realize it was an unfinished series! Book 3 just came out a month ago LFG

Got 71% through and set it down. TBH think I’ll go back and finish it but it just wasn’t doing it for me. This version of Draco(while I’ll admit is a change to the usual and could see why that could be appealing to some)is just not my beloved Draco and the traditional Hermione. Not these depressed creatures:/

Okay okay update, been reading this for the last two months by the pool. Don’t love don’t hate. Somehow I started this book and just ended up 30% of the way done…don’t know how or when…but here I am. Apologies to my current reads, I love you and I’m coming back, I promise!!

Still only about 40% though but crazy that bringing up this book and one of the examples in it very well could have been what secured me my job. It’s an amazing book not only to read but to channel to everyday. I do my best to remind myself of the slight edge tactic so that I stay on track to meet goals!

Just starting out…I also love that I have absolutely no clue what to expect. Being in booktok and friends with so many readers I rarely have the opportunity to go i fo a book as blind as this.

Ugh this fic is absolutely phenomenal. I love dramione obviously, but special shout out to this version of Narcissa Malfoy, I absolutely love her!! Sad to almost be done with this series but excited to see what happens!

Officially back on a Dramione kick…who knows how long this one will last 🫣🙂‍↕️

Could be an unpopular opinion but so far I’m liking this book more than book 1…just feels a bit more realistic and slightly less predictable

Late night decision to start book 3 of the rights and wrongs series !! I truly couldn’t tell you much detail of the first two books but I could 100% describe the overflowing serotonin in my veins ugh it was to this day one of my favorite book(s) based on ~vibes~ only. Like a book where I don’t need to remember the plot to remember loving it. That said, this is likely to be different…heartbreaking?? We’ll see!

About to finish the first one in the duology and am feeling 3.5⭐️ right now, especially when thinking about binding/keeping 13…

Trying to keep myself from comparing Joey and Aoife to Johnny and Shannon because they are SO different in every way. This duology is good, just not as lightened up by side characters as I’d hoped, like Binding 13 was!

All this said, I’m excited for book two when paths cross!

The first sentence of this book was the same as the last sentence of the prior book…not sure I’ve ever seen an author do that! A chapter, yes but not a whole new book. I feels like I just turned the page and kept reading 😂

Paused my read because the first book in the series was so Heir of Fire coded that I went back and reread the entire TOG series… three months later, finished all 8 books, so happy sad to be done but excited to get back to DONW !:) Just need a little break from Aelin-like FMC’s before i dive back in. I’d hate to be comparing Tessanah to Aelin the whole time!

Frankly, I am only finishing this because I am curious to see what all of the hype was about. I picked up this book because it was top of the charts for a minute and while I understand it isn’t my normal go-to type book, I still don’t understand the hype. It’s decent writing but the plot (realistic fiction) is dry to me. It had potential at first but I’m quite bored. Normally I would DNF this read…

So far I’m loving it—abt 17 chapters in and I’m eager for more! Didn’t read the prequel so I’m a bit in the dark but I think I prefer it that way:)
