It’s not first person, it’s not just 3rd person, it’s 3rd person limited and past tense. I just can’t get past the context that it’s narrated in. I don’t mind that it’s 100% Draco’s pov (honestly a fan) but I don’t like how there are bits of narration from a third party but still sounding like it’s Draco, and then Hermione always being referred to as Granger as if that’s her actual name, no matter the context (idk how to explain, you have to read it to get it)

Okay okay update, been reading this for the last two months by the pool. Don’t love don’t hate. I never feel compelled to pick it up and it doesn’t keep me so sucked in that I can’t put it down BUT I’m too invested to not finish it, I’ve DNF’d too many books recently.
