This book is so weird. The sound effects are killing me. 😂

Ok, so this book is insane so far. 😆 I'm loving it.

I hate this book. I hate these people.
Let me keep reading, though. 🤣 It's a like/hate relationship. 83% done and 100% DONEEEE.

Almost to page 300 and still not 50% of the way done. I am loving this book, though. I'm glad it's not about knotting.

I was only going to speed date my TBR, but this has me intrigued. So glad I decided to read it even though my predictions were right on one thing. I spoiled myself so I can sleep instead of staying up all night.

Current 4:13am. Haven't stayed up this late in a hot minute. Gonna have to finish this AFTER I get some sleep.

Max, guilty or not, I hate your freaking guts.

This is going to be a hard, necessary read. I started crying at only 26 pages in and then reading the backstory... ugh. My heart hurts for Tananarive Due and her family. I haven't even finished this, but I know I'm going to end up recommending this forever.

The comparison to ACOTAR made me nervous because I have no desire to read that series, but it's kinda reminding me of Vampire Academy, and I adore that series. Will update the further I go. So far, I would recommend it!

As much as I would love to stay up all night and read this, my kids have school. My flabbers have been gassted multiple times with this.

It's currently 2:58 in the morning. As much as I would love to stay up the rest of the night to finish this, I have to go to sleep. Tears of not joy.

Idk if I'm an astronaut kinda girly. It may just be the weather, but I'm trying not to fall asleep.

I know there's a third act breakup because I looked ahead. Sue me. There's less than 80 pages left, and I'm annoyed. I've loved the book. Allie and Dean are so cute together. I feel like they're more in lust than in love, but I guess we shall see what happens. Sigh.

Reading slowly because I don't want to miss Kaz. 🤣

I googled the killer, and I'm curious how this is going to work out. Safe to say, I am intrigued. It's pretty good so far.

I'm not ready for it to be over. I'll just watch Shadow and Bone to postpone it. 😅 Don't judge me. I need more of the Crows.

My boyfriend spoiled a very important part of this, and I am preparing myself to avoid crying. Send me luck. 💔

I love all of these characters!

"Witch. A word that builds gallows and pyres, turns breathing women into corpses."
I swear this just makes me hate men more. I feel so bad for Violet after this chapter. I feel bad for all these women. My heart hurts.

I'm loving the characters and accents. Highly recommend an immersive read.

Sapphic, dark, academic rivals? Gosh, this is so good!

Ohhh, this that good good. I'm OBSESSED!

I just don't know about this.

Over 100 pages in, and the mcs haven't even met. Ms. Keri Lake is the queen of slow burns, and I'm a glutton for them. This book has me hooked. So interesting!

Put the book down, Keely. You need to go to bed.
I'm so intrigued. I need to know wtf is happening.

The tension. Keri Lake does the dang thing. I'm obsessed.

I'm fully engrossed. I love the dark, Gothic aesthetic. Creepy vibes are in!
