DAMNNN last 2 chapters went by so fast! Physics really isn't one of my strong points, so it is sometimes hard to follow along when more of the magic system is explained + the words sometimes used are wayyyyy more advanced compared to my knowledge, so a HUMBLING read at times. But OH MY GOODNESS I cannot wait to read the final part, this was beautiful!!!! Almost shed a few tears, but WE DONT HAVE TIME.

Man this book got so BLEAK, that I forgot that its only the start like the heroism is gonna come (I really need to reread the last few chapters of The Fifth Season bc so much is referenced already and NAMES that I completely forgot about)

Okay I wanted to LOVE this one but it was definitely okay, I did enjoy myself so reading it didnt feel like a task. But it didn't tick all the boxes, but that's just personal preference!! Still like Talia Hibbert for writing MMC's who are healthily obsessed with the FMC's ✋🏽😌

This was so YA (but GRAPHIC -for my very low standards- violence), I'm actually a little bit disappointed, bc it had so many interesting things that couldve been developed and integrated in the story- but it either got dropped or just cleanly wrapped up. And then the 2nd book is only gonna focus on one plotpoint revealed at the END? It had an amazing starting point, some emotionals and could be so much more 😭
