This is bringing me back to my teenage years reading all the dystopian books coming out like The 5th Wave, Maze Runner, The Hunger Games etc

Ok I desperately need someone to convince me to keep going😩 I'm a little over half way through and I want to give up! I read and LOVED manacled and I know this fic is supposed to be very different story wise but its not hitting me as hard as Manacled. I thought it would send me spiraling like manacled did?? Is the last 500-ish pages going to pick up a lot? I was told it would leave me devastated, but I am not

The first 300 pages was pretty darn good😁 these last 300 pages...i'm struggling to not give it all up and DNF it☹ I'm at page 440 and I'm making myself continue to the end but its rough man😫
