I love this quote, it puts into words what I oftentimes feel.

But I must admit… acquaintances are even worse.

Also… Why was book 1 written from a first person pov (I…), and this one third person (he… Oak…)

Finally starting this duology 🤭. I don’t want to leave this world, that’s probably why it took me so long to return to it in The Stolen Heir.
But I’m finally starting it and can’t wait to see what happens. I’m already in love with the art again. The map… The illustrations!
