I think Chapter 5 is also a fav chapter. Sometimes it’s so hard to extend grace to others and myself.

My favorite chapter thus far has been Chapter 4 … Ask. All about asking for help but also providing reassurance about friendships and that’s it’s ok if ur a bad friend as long as you have your circle of people who love you unconditionally while you heal. And that loss of people is inevitable and it’s going to be shocking and scary but it’s going to happen. The amount of comfort this chapter gave was needed
