I considered DNFing this memoir 2/3rds through as the husband is a pig, Im utterly disgusted by his behaviour. I will continue as I want to know how Belle and her children are.

Trying to finish but it’s hard as I’m not invested in these characters unfortunately. The FMC feels very one-dimensional & driven by the idea of a “happy ending” despite being 19. The MMCs aren’t standing out for me either & so far feel quite mundane. I’m hoping the last third of the book changes my mind. A couple of mean stares from a hot guy doesn’t make him interesting 🙈

Im getting there 🙌 so invested in this book. Why did I wait so long to pick it up 💖
